How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Karma Game account and personal data, please follow these steps:
Option 1 — From the App
- Open the Karma Game app.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Option 2 — By Email
If you cannot access the app, you may send a deletion request by email.

What Data Will Be Deleted
After account deletion request confirmation, the following data may be deleted:
- account profile information;
- relationship progress and in-app activity;
- saved questions and favorites;
- messages and interaction history;
- analytics identifiers associated with the account;
- authentication data.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for limited periods when required for:
- legal obligations;
- fraud prevention;
- security purposes;
- financial or tax compliance;
- dispute resolution.
Data Retention Periods
- Most account-related personal data is deleted within 30 days after confirmation of deletion request.
- Backup copies may remain securely stored for up to 90 days before permanent removal.
- Certain legal or security-related records may be retained longer if required by applicable laws.
